Canada Day 2010 - Toronto G20 False Flag Op Fraud Hitting the MSM (From Great Canadian Patriot Terry Burrows - BK)

.

Hi Terry,

Thanks again, Joe interviewed me on Saturday morning at 10 am after a friend sent in pictures of me postering, and while I didn't make the Sunday article he wrote, I'm a journalist too and sometimes people I interview don't make my stories, so no hard feelings. He seems like a nice guy and he wrote a great article about how business owners were mystified by the lack of cops during the protests which reflected some of our "this is a slap in the face" conversation. Please keep the great info coming, I think you're doing historic work on this issue and sincerely appreciate it.

Oh yeah... and Happy Canada Day! :-)

Cheers,
Vij

Greetings and Happy Canada Day everybody (from Terry Burrows)

I am happy to be able to tell you that the "The Toronto G20 Riot Fraud: Undercover Police Engaged in Purposeful Provocation - Identical Boots Exposed Undercover Police Provocateurs" article is the #1 lead headline article on the home page of Michel Chossudovsky's Global Research website this Canada Day. It went up at 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning June 27, 2010, so it's continuing prominent placement is an indication of how much it is being read.

For those who don't know, GlobalResearch.ca in Montreal is one of the world's premiere anti-New World Order websites. It has been on the web for years and its readership is huge. The main thing I wanted to do was remind people about the 2007 Montebello undercover police provocateur fraud and I felt it was important to do so while the 2010 Toronto replay of this was still unfolding. I am gratified to say this effort has been fruitful. There have been many articles and videos exposing the Toronto G20 "Black Bloc" false flag op fraud since and (this is my main news today) it is now breaking through into the mainstream (see below).

http://www.globalresearch.ca/

As a special Canada Day gift to us all today, the first ever mainstream media article exposing a stand-down order to facilitate a false flag operation has appeared in the Toronto Sun this morning, with Joe Warmington reporting that "there was "a clear order from the command centre saying 'Do not engage' ", referring to the covert official allowing of the protected "Black Bloc" to rampage through Toronto to provide the pretext for the later assault of the peaceful protesting citizens on Saturday June 26, 2010 ("Cops had hands 'cuffed - Could have moved on Black Bloc anarchists - but brass ordered them not to.")

I think we are making progress.

Well done everybody and Happy Canada Day as we continue to stand on guard for our beloved country and world against the New World Order Satanic psychopaths.

They are not going to win.

The people are awakening and refusing to be tyrannized.

The psychopaths should have remembered not to make Canadian Hobbits mad. It is a very foolish thing to do.

Hallelujah!

Terry.

Who made the decision for police to stand down despite the fact the city was under attack?

And why?

Was it a police decision or political?

These should be the cornerstone questions of an external review surrounding the chaos of the G20.

Who made the decision for police to stand down despite the fact the city was under attack?

And why?

Was it a police decision or political?

These should be the cornerstone questions of an external review surrounding the chaos of the G20.

After all, police officers were trained to stop the Black Bloc anarchists, were appropriately equipped and massively manned.

As downtown Toronto witnessed burning police cars and a small group of thugs on a rampage, a police source tells me the only thing that stopped the officers from doing that was an order telling them not to. They tell me they could have rounded up all, or most of them, in no time.

I have had several frontline police officers tell me they were told not to get involved. But even before that decision was made, says one insider, there was mass confusion and indecision.

"The orders went from engage to, no, don't engage to engage to, no, don't engage,' " said an officer. "It was an absolute shambles. Everyone was talking over each other on the radio. Nobody seemed to know what to do. It was just a mess."

The officer said that eventually there was "a clear order from the command centre saying 'Do not engage' " and, at that point, smelling weakness and no repercussions, the downtown was effectively turned over to the vandals while police, up to 19,000 strong, were ordered to stay out of it.

Four police cars were destroyed and dozens of other properties were damaged.

"It was awful," said an officer. "There were guys with equipment to do the job, all standing around looking at each other in disbelief ... The Montreal riot guys were livid ... They just wanted to get in there and do the job but were told they are too intimidating."

So who made that order?

Was it Chief Bill Blair? Mayor David Miller? Prime Minister Stephen Harper? Somebody else?

The inevitable inquiry, separate from the announced internal police review, will have to address this and a whole lot of other things. For example, why were a record 1,000 arrests made a day after the actual incident where very few arrests were made during it?

How many convictions will there be? Could police have had more mobile officers? Should they have been in bigger numbers on Yonge St.?

Was it necessary to place people, some reportedly not even adults, in temporary cages without a bed and open toilet for a so-called breach of the peace?

Was it appropriate to point weapons at protesters or even fire them? Was it constitutional to corral and hold hundreds of innocent people at Queen St. and Spadina Ave.?

Curiously, Blair didn't take as hard a stand a year before when the Tamil Tiger supporters not only controlled University Ave. for four days but also took over the Gardiner Expressway.

"Miller wouldn't have let him as they are terrified to be called racist," said one copper.

Toronto Police so far have offered no apologies for the bizare incident at Queen and Spadina, but my sources say that may be the easiest option for them.

"The chief is rattled because he knows that circus at Spadina and Queen was unlawful and it is going to come back to bite him in the ass," said one copper. "If one of us had detained people like that, we would be hammered with Police Act charges."

If it's deemed criminal, who investigates? The very people who ordered it?

With or without a probe, suggestions everybody in the vicinity of a heated protest is complicit or a co-conspirator is almost as embarrassing as Saturday's standoff.

Many would like to know why they were so lenient originally on the real bad guys and later how heavy-handed on the rest?

Meanwhile, the blooper reel keeps on rolling, as illustrated so well by the underwhelming arsenal Blair trotted out Tuesday of the kind of stuff you'd find in someone's garage.

When called on it, the chief even had to admit the most menacing items on the table -- a crossbow and chainsaw -- weren't even related to the G20, even though no one removed them for the media pictures.

Who knows what's real any more?

One thing that did appear real was a police video surveillance image of the actual bad guys all huddled together in black clothing prior to the destruction.

Why didn't police brass act right then and there? After all there were only a few dozen of them against 19,000 strong.

This picture shows the police brass knew the location of the real culprits and were tracking their movements. Why didn't they let their people just nab them right there with the same zero tolerance Toronto has for parking violations?

Perhaps there are enough people out there who'd also like to know?

UPDATE: 1:00 pm, EST, July 1st, 2010 -- Happy Canada Day! :-)

.

My apologies for the delays, it's been a busy few weeks and I haven't been online much, but it's been a worthwhile learning experience. Before the G20 weekend, I was ID'd a dozen times while postering to protest the protest and suggest we calmly and consistently share good info like "The Non-GMO Shopping Guide" and more in the "Infowar"... instead of agreeing to the governments invitation to just yell at cops, get beaten up and go home. That seems like a bad way to get any political change since everybody but the protesters hates it, and even the protesters should. These "protests" also never plan to accomplish anything and never do. I resisted being ID'd at first, but during "martial law" (should that be in quotes?) the police have orders to keep them safe and keep their jobs, so I just accepted it later to continue staying on the streets to figure out martial law.

During the G20, on Saturday night, June 26th, I asked a business owner on Yonge Street why we'd seen cops every 2 minutes all week, yet that night there were none assigned to deal with the 1000 protesters running everywhere. He said he didn't know. He said he didn't understand it either. I felt bad for him, but I also knew this was a big set-up when I first started warning people about it in April. Once I read in the Globe & Mail that "10,000" cops, troops, mercs and spooks were coming, I got worried and thought other Torontonians should be worried too. The people and police of Toronto -- likely under the control of the Federal Government for an "international summit" -- were brutalized and traumatized unneccessarily and on purpose. Coming to this conclusion takes some work, but lots of people are still working on it and the evidence is worth looking at.

.

We should wonder why and how "Black Bloc tourist protesters" could evade a massive "$1 billion" police, military and intelligence security blanket over the city. Or how cops allowed out-of-towners to destroy their stuff and others. No police officer could just show up for work and decide to let their equipment -- like a $60,000 police car paid for by taxpayers -- be destroyed just because they felt like it. They'd be fired. Of course, some were excessively violent in these big "population control" excercises made possible by the government inviting large groups of people to yell at cops, but for the most part and despite being an intimidating presence, with un-marked vans and SUV's roaming the city, things didn't go as badly as they could have. My personal experience is that once they're comfortable with you, then you can be comfortable with them.

This is important to note because, outside of some great Canadian journalists asking great questions, on the whole it looks like we're being set-up by the media spin to fight with our own cops again in the future. After the G20 weekend, it looks like we had a bout of the "blue flu" too, with a far-less than normal police presence in Toronto. Perhaps some R&R, perhaps some good PR, or perhaps some institutional resistance against the big government "game" they were a part of, where the "violence" was sold as inevitable and their hands were tied trying to stop it. Many just got a call on their earpiece and raced to the scene of G-d knows what, from riots to bombs to anything else. Previous "police provocateur" incidents like in Montebello, Quebec (CBC 23/Aug/07) and new evidence make it look like one part of the government was -- once again -- attacking another.

.

Now, all of this is possible based on recent history, but if any of it is true, then we have a big problem on our hands. If we just act "normal", then our "new normal" will include Canadian governments being able to declare martial law whenever they want, even for a stupid "summit", which they probably only held in a big city like Toronto to test martial law on a large Canadian urban population. They never said "never again" and didn't even apologize, so they're not going to do a good job with any pathetic "inquiry", or what connected Canadians get instead of a "trial" even when they do "criminal" stuff. While some of our rights were taken in this "military" exercise, the next one will see more of ours taken based on this precedent. We have no idea when this will happen again unless we stop it, including committing all candidates in this local "election" year to try.

When criminals running the Canadian government send 10,000 cops, troops, mercs and spooks to occupy and terrorize Toronto, then you know they're not nice people. So, we should be concerned about what they might do next. This is a classic problem faced by every group of people, or "tribe" in history. Based on the potential dangers involved, the classic reaction and solution was that guys or "men" would step-up and defend the women, children and elderly of the village from any attacks simply because they were more physically able to. Others might fight, but men had to, otherwise they wouldn't be men. Today, a "physical" or "violent" confrontation with better-armed and better-trained people is out of the question. But, the "Infowar", or calmly and consistently sharing good information that improves peoples lives while indicting the system, has been effective.

.

After being ID'd a dozen times while postering against the protest and the police finding nothing wrong with what I was doing, by Thursday (June 24th) there was no point in doing that anymore. So, instead I was followed up Yonge Street north of College by cops, city workers and helicopters. (Seriously.) They weren't trying to threaten me, so I noticed and ignored them. Later, walking back south from Davenport, I saw "the state" had sent them to rip all my posters down. During rush hour. On Yonge Street. With huge crowds walking by and people thanking me for putting them up. I've also seen them ripped down other places despite older posters still being there. That's enough proof that the "Infowar" works, or there's no way they'd go to all that trouble. In fact, it's worked since the 1776 American Revolution and before and is better than just yelling at cops and getting beaten up.

Here in "Communist Canada", a nickname for the fact that most of us know that the government is evil but we're often scared to talk about it, we're not stupid, we're just quiet. The G20 "world leaders" and their corporate-controllers got that confused. Many of us know that we can't just let the government abuse us like children and then tell us to run along and play whenever they feel like it. Our best course of action after this traumatic PSYOP (psychological operation) is to make sure we talk about it, get our feelings out and figure out what to do to make sure it never happens again. Otherwise we'll always be paranoid about it. While some people always want to "Keep it happy!" in conversations no matter what, when stuff like this happens, they get hit the hardest by it. Since the "martial law" stuff off the "internet" and warnings for decades recently became reality in Toronto, let's just deal with it.

.

Here are some good stories to contextualize the recent G20 World Government Martial Law situation:

Will G20 Police Succeed In Covering Up Reports of Rape and Torture?

UPDATE: We have now learned that four journalists, including Miller, have “filed complaints with Ontario’s police watchdog, with allegations that police physically assaulted or threatened to sexually assault the females when they were arrested during the Toronto G20 summit.” In addition, Guardian journalist Jesse Rosenfeld has spoken publicly of his ordeal at the hands of G20 police. “I was grabbed on each side and hit in the stomach and back and pounced on by officers. I kept asking them why they were beating me because I wasn’t resisting arrest. But they lifted my leg and twisted my ankle,” said Rosenfield.

P.S. Incidentally, since some people kept asking "Vijay" to stop figuring out and explaining what's really happening because it made them uncomfortable, instead of agreeing to half-ass it, I developed a free-thinking philosopher stage-name that I often use for music, my radio show and more to say what I need to. I even meet people as "Black Krishna" or "BK", and it's similar to how a rapper or stripper (dancer) has two names so they can remember if they met you in the club or not, which changes how they know you want to interact with them. You can call me whatever you want, or "Vijay" or "BK", the former will tell me you want me to be more conservative, the latter more revolutionary, so it's easier for both of us. We run into problems when we can't just tell each other what's up, but we can find solutions. More G20 stuff is on my blog, a good place to start if you'd like.

Would Canadian men fight for their families and country if they felt they had to? Would they only do it overseas to steal stuff for big corporations? Would they do it here to stop the big corporations stealing stuff from us? What do women think of men? Why? What could women think of men? How? What does Canada's future look like?

Toronto Police Chief Lies Again To Frame Protesters

Toronto Police Chief Bill Blair has been caught lying again in an effort to justify the brutal police response metered out against G20 protesters and journalists this past weekend, after it emerged that weapons he presented to the media as evidence of criminals planning to wreak havoc on the city were in fact toys seized from a man who was on his way to a fantasy role-playing game and had nothing to do with the G20 summit. “Brian Barrett was shocked to go online Tuesday and see a photo gallery showing toy weapons seized from him while en route to Mississauga for a fantasy role-playing game,” reports the Toronto Sun.

G20: Riot for sake of riot

Two groups who wanted a fight had one on the streets of Toronto — only the city and its citizens suffered. Now the recriminations begin — what went wrong, if anything, and why Toronto’s G20 “demonstrations” turned into a near riot and vandalism. There was nothing spontaneous about what happened in Toronto on the weekend. We all knew it was coming, and it did. ... And there was the media — cameras, really, without which no riot is complete. The weekend was mindful of anti-war, give-peace-a-chance protests of the 1960s, where rioting began when the cameras arrived, and not before.

Martial law is the imposition of military rule by military authorities over designated regions on an emergency basis—usually only temporary—when the civilian government or civilian authorities fail to function effectively (e.g., maintain order and security, and provide essential services), when there are extensive riots and protests, or when the disobedience of the law becomes widespread. In most cases, military forces are deployed to quiet the crowds, to secure government buildings and key or sensitive locations, and to maintain order. Generally, military personnel replace civil authorities and perform some or all of their functions. The constitution could be suspended, and in full-scale martial law, the highest ranking military General would take over, or be installed, as the military governor or as head of the government, thus removing all power from the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the federal government.

9/11 conspiracy theories allege that the September 11 attacks in 2001 were either intentionally allowed to happen or were a false flag operation orchestrated by an organization with elements inside the United States government.[1] A poll taken in 2006 by Scripps Howard and Ohio University showed that, "More than a third of the American public suspects that federal officials assisted in the 9/11 terrorist attacks or took no action to stop them so the United States could go to war in the Middle East."[2]

The programme's publicity materials assert that man-made global warming is "a lie" and "the biggest scam of modern times." [3]

This episode: as our feelings of pride and patriotism return on Canada Day, is it a good idea to remember what happened when martial law was declared in Toronto? To wonder who called for it and when it will happen again? Do Canadian men really want to ask women, children and the elderly to fight the people at the top who sent 10,000 cops, troops, mercs and spooks to attack us? Will Canadian men realize that it's harder for most women to fight them so guys should finally just deal with this crap?

Freemasonry is a fraternal organisation that arose from obscure origins in the late 16th to early 17th century. Freemasonry now exists in various forms all over the world, with a membership estimated at around five million, including just under two million in the United States and around 480,000 in England, Scotland and Ireland.[1][2] The various forms all share moral and metaphysical ideals, which include, in most cases, a constitutional declaration of belief in a Supreme Being.[3]

UK: Judges asked to reveal Masonic links

The Lord Chancellor Lord Irvine has "invited" sitting judges to declare their Masonic status for a new public register. It is the first time sitting members have been asked to give such details. The public register, to be issued this autumn, will log if a judge refuses to answer and will be extended to cover sitting magistrates later in the year.

Anger at 'cloak of secrecy' for Freemason judges

Jack Straw's decision to no longer force applicants for the judiciary to declare if they are Freemasons was today branded a "disgrace" by a Labour MP. Gordon Prentice (Pendle) said there would again be a "cloak of secrecy" following the move by the Justice Secretary.

G20 security fence 5-metre rule that had people fearing arrest never existed

TORONTO — The expiration of the five-metre rule that had Toronto residents fearing arrest if they strayed too close to the G20 security perimeter came with a startling revelation Tuesday -- it never existed. The rule seemed straight forward when the news broke last Friday that the Ontario government made a regulatory change to a little-known act in secret. Come within five metres of the summit security fence and you'd better have some identification or risk arrest. The temporary regulation, which was passed in secret June 2, did decree that all streets and sidewalks inside the fence were a public work until 11:59 p.m. Monday. ... Asked Tuesday if there actually was a five-metre rule given the ministry's clarification, Toronto Police Chief Bill Blair smiled and said, "No, but I was trying to keep the criminals out."

The Shock Doctrine: The Rise of Disaster Capitalism is a 2007 book by Canadian author Naomi Klein.

The book argues that the free market policies of Nobel Laureate Milton Friedman have risen to prominence in some countries because they were pushed through while the citizens were reacting to disasters or upheavals. It is implied that some man-made crises, such as the Falklands war, may have been created with the intention of being able to push through these unpopular reforms in their wake.

This episode: how embarrassing is it for cops to see their cruisers stomped-on and burned for hours? How mad is the public at the cops for the way they "let" the violence happen and violence they committed? How mad are the cops at the public mad at them? What happens the next time they "lockdown" (prison term) a city? Why are journalists being followed and their communications jammed? G20 Protesters Being Abducted, Bundled Into Unmarked Vans In Toronto (with Videos)

Steve Watson | Prisonplanet.com | June 29th, 2010

In a repeat of scenes witnessed at last year’s G20 meeting in Pittsburgh, protesters in Toronto are being abducted off the streets and bundled into unmarked vehicles which are driven away at high speeds. Several videos show police tackling protesters to the ground, cuffing them and then handing them over to unidentified casually dressed individuals who shove the demonstrators into unmarked black vans.

.

"G20 law gives police sweeping powers to arrest people" (Toronto Star/Infowars)

.

FYI, I guess this is new "ID" law is what I've been bumping into all week. The next step in this tyranny after "ID" is being routinely taken in for "questioning" and possibly (extraordinary?) "renditions", or beyond being detained on the street, they'll "really" want to make sure you're not a "terrorist" or "protester" or "activist" or "jehovah's witness" or whoever the state decides to go after next by keeping you for as long as they feel they need to. It's happened a bunch of times.

That means the cops will be ordered to just scoop you up and worry about it later if they even have to, especially if they have "quotas" as they do now in other areas. After that it's the "thought crime" stuff, or taking what you say as "possibly" leading to acts of "violence" as part of "hate crime" and other laws. This will have a chilling effect on free speech right when we need to have it. Plus, we've been told to play and act stupid right before the "double-dip" (?!) recession might hit us.

That's why no matter how much I sing and dance, all I really suggest is that people do regular research on "useful" anti-NWO stuff, make simple flyers and drop them off in their neighbours mailboxes. That's it. That would work. Then no huge police presence is needed, you're personally accountable to your neighbours and shared interests, values and environments that you can see changing every day. The 416 has a different idea of what's happening than the 905, so we should tell them too.

Good luck.

Peace,

BK

G20 law gives police sweeping powers to arrest people

Published On Fri Jun 25 2010

Dave Vasey appears to be the first person to be arrested under a new law allowing police to pick up people refusing to identify themselves near the G20 security zone.

Jennifer Yang Staff Reporter

The province has secretly passed an unprecedented regulation that empowers police to arrest anyone near the G20 security zone who refuses to identify themselves or agree to a police search.

A 31-year-old man has already been arrested under the new regulation, which was quietly passed by the provincial cabinet on June 2.

The regulation was made under Ontario’s Public Works Protection Act and was not debated in the Legislature. According to a provincial spokesperson, the cabinet action came in response to an “extraordinary request” by Toronto Police Chief Bill Blair, who wanted additional policing powers shortly after learning the G20 was coming to Toronto.

The regulation kicked in Monday and will expire June 28, the day after the summit ends. While the new regulation appeared without notice on the province’s e-Laws online database last week, it won’t be officially published in The Ontario Gazette until July 3 — one week after the regulation expires.

“It’s just unbelievable you would have this kind of abuse of power where the cabinet can create this offence without having it debated in the Legislature,” said Howard Morton, the lawyer representing Dave Vasey, who was arrested Thursday under the sweeping new police powers.

“It was just done surreptitiously, like a mushroom growing under a rock at night.”

According to the new regulation, “guards” appointed under the act can arrest anyone who, in specific areas, comes within five metres of the security zone.

Within those areas, police can demand identification from anyone coming within five metres of the fence perimeter and search them. If they refuse, they face arrest. Anyone convicted under the regulation could also face up to two months in jail or a $500 maximum fine.

“It reminds me a little bit of the War Measures Act,” said lawyer Nathalie Des Rosiers of the new regulation. Des Rosiers is a lawyer with the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, which has been working to monitor arrests during the summit. “This is highly unusual to have this declaration done by order-in-council without many people knowing about it.”

Des Rosiers learned of the regulation Thursday afternoon, shortly after Vasey was arrested while standing near the security fence.

Vasey said he was exploring the G20 security perimeter with a friend when they were stopped by police and asked for identification. Vasey says he had also been searched by police the night before.

According to Vasey, police explained there was a bylaw in place obligating him to provide identification but he refused, acting on the advice of a “Know Your Rights” information pamphlet given to him by the Toronto Community Mobilization Network, a group assisting protesters.

The York University master’s student was taken into custody at around 4 p.m. He was brought to the Eastern Ave. detention centre, a former movie studio that has been temporarily converted into a prisoner holding pen. According to his charge sheet, he was charged with refusing to comply with a peace officer under the act.

Vasey said he only learned of the new regulation after his release, at around 9 p.m. The summit’s Integrated Security Unit did not respond to interview requests from the Star.

According to Vasey’s lawyer, neither he nor his colleagues at the law union were aware of this draconian new regulation. Des Rosiers said the CCLA and protesters have met with summit officials on several occasions and the regulation was never mentioned.

“They don’t even have signs up saying you can’t be within five metres or you’re subject to the following,” Morton said. “If they really wanted to keep the peace, they would have announced the regulation.”

According to Laura Blondeau, an aide to Community Safety Minister Rick Bartolucci, the regulation “ensures that police have the legal authority” they need for such a massive security zone.

“They really wanted to ensure they could provide a certain level of security,” Blondeau said Thursday. “The regulation does not include private residences or businesses. It’s for certain streets and sidewalks in the security perimeter.”

Blondeau said “rightly or wrongly,” the new regulation can be compared with airport security.

“You don’t have to get on that plane if you don’t want to be searched and wanded,” she said, adding that Bartolucci carefully weighed public safety and civil liberty concerns before agreeing to the one-time amendment.

“It was an extraordinary request. This is just for Toronto, just for the G20,” she said. “Given the environment that the police were expecting, they needed to be prepared.”

Blondeau emphasized the law only affects those trying to enter the security zone and applies solely to police officers, not to private security guards contracted for the summit.

If someone declines to comply it empowers the police to turn them away — or face being searched.

According to government lawyers, the regulation was passed by cabinet using what is known as a “covering” order-in-council.

“The authority for the regulation is contained in the PWPA (Public Works Protection Act). The PWPA authorizes the designation by cabinet of places as ‘public works,’” the lawyers said.

The Public Works Protection Act was created in 1990 and defines a “public work” as everything from a railway to a bridge or a provincial building. The act says any other building, place or work can also be “designated a public work by the Lieutenant Governor in Council.”

Morton said he’s unaware of any precedents to such a regulation being passed in Ontario and questions if it is even constitutional.

Des Rosiers said the regulation runs contrary to the Charter of Rights because it prohibits people from generally circulating on public land.

The G20 security fence has been a magnet for passersby and protesters alike, with many people approaching to take pictures or just quench their curiosity.

For Des Rosiers, she is especially worried because most people, including protesters, will operate under the assumption they have a right to refuse handing over identification to police.

“Protesters would have been told that the law of the land is that you don’t have to talk to police officers if you don’t want to,” she said. “This changes things because even if you attempt to approach, it gives the power to the guard to demand identification.

“It’s a significant intrusion on people’s rights.”

Report: Toronto police rough up journalists, arrest peaceful protesters at G20

Daniel Tencer | Raw Story | June 27, 2010

Reporters covering the G20 summit in Toronto say they were the target of police violence overnight, as riots blamed on anarchist groups left four police cars burning in the financial district and resulted in the arrests of some 150 people.

“A newspaper photographer was shot with a plastic bullet in the backside, while another had an officer point a gun in his face despite identifying himself as a member of the media,” reported the Canadian Press news agency. The agency did not say if it was its own reporters who were targeted.

Previously: Toronto gets ‘secret’ arrest powers ahead of G20 protests

In a remarkable series of Tweets early Sunday morning, journalist Steve Paikin of public broadcaster TV Ontario said he witnessed “police brutality” against a reporter and the arrests of peaceful demonstrators.

“I saw police brutality tonight. It was unnecessary. They asked me to leave the site or they would arrest me. I told them I was doing my job,” he Tweeted.

“As I was escorted away from the demonstration, I saw two officers hold a journalist. The journalist identified himself as working for ‘the Guardian.’ He talked too much and pissed the police off. Two officers held him a third punched him in the stomach. Totally unnecessary. The man collapsed. Then the third officer drove his elbow into the man’s back. No cameras recorded the assault. And it was an assault.”

Paikin had been at a demonstration in Toronto’s Esplanade neighborhood, a densely-populated area near the waterfront. He said police moved in on a crowd of peaceful, “middle class” protesters and began arresting them.

“Police on one side screamed at the crowd to leave one way. Then police on the other side said leave the other way. There was no way out,” he Tweeted. “So the police just started arresting people. I stress, this was a peaceful, middle class, diverse crowd. No anarchists. Literally more than 100 officers with guns pointing at the crowd. Rubber bullets and smoke bombs ready to be fired. Rubber bullets fired.”

Paikin, a respected journalist who has hosted national election debates in Canada, said he was “escorted” away by police before he could see how many people were arrested, “but it must have been dozens.”

“I have lived in Toronto for 32 years. Have never seen a day like this. Shame on the vandals and shame on those that ordered peaceful protesters attacked and arrested.”

Earlier in the day, police told media that a small group of “Black bloc” demonstrators broke off from a protest of 10,000 people and began smashing storefront windows along the city’s trendy Queen Street.

The CBC News Network reported that protesters smashed in the windows of an American Apparel outlet, pulled out the mannequins and spread feces on the floor. The storefronts of McDonald’s and Starbucks locations were also damaged, as were numerous bank branches.

Police shut down all public transit in the city center, including subway and streetcar lines. They also shut down a large downtown shopping complex after reports of looting. AFP reported that some 200 people were trapped inside, unable to leave after the mall was put into lockdown.

PROOF: The Toronto G20 Riot Fraud: Undercover Police engaged in Purposeful Provocation At Tax Payers' Expense

The Toronto G20 Riot Fraud: Undercover Police engaged in Purposeful Provocation At Tax Payers' Expense

.

NOTE: Please see and share the original article and great GlobalResearch.ca website with many more pictures exposing how the "black bloc anarchists" were -- again -- really "police provocateurs" -- which is exactly why the police left them alone to break their stuff and everyone else's. We have to expose this now, so please do.

The Toronto G20 Riot Fraud: Undercover Police engaged in Purposeful Provocation At Tax Payers' Expense

by Terry Burrows

Toronto is right now in the midst of a massive government / media propaganda fraud. As events unfold, it is becoming increasingly clear that the 'Black Bloc' are undercover police operatives engaged in purposeful provocations to eclipse and invalidate legitimate G20 citizen protest by starting a riot. Government agents have been caught doing this before in Canada.

http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=19928

.

FYI, this has happened a bazillion times before. I saw it myself on Yonge Street on Saturday night when a thousand protesters walked the streets wherever they wanted while fearful business owners stood outside trying to guard their businesses. It was ridiculous. Then I was locked inside a Tim Horton's on Bloor east of St. George

The owner had locked it and just barely let me and others in before the "protest" march came by. I got to hear how he was absolutely disgusted by everything and so were others. So: this is a bad way to get people behind political points of view. The "violence" is the icing on the cake, but everyone who goes helps hide it.

.

Today, I wasn't expecting things to be as "hot" as they were, but then again, a bunch of stuff was blown up recently. There was a massive police presence along Queen Street and at Dundas Square. It was un-real. There are also the ETF guys lurking on side streets in their SUV's, plus minivans and more. In Toronto.

People were quiet and paranoid. I even feel bad for the cops who have to "stand" near stuff that might be blown up, or at least attacked, which by-extension means we're walking by in the same boat. I said as much to a Sun TV reporter today on Yonge, and I really feel bad for everyone who's "paid" to be a part of this mess.

.

I've interacted in some small way with 1000 cops this week, so I'm not just hearing anybody's "opinion" just because they want to have one, like some people who watch a half-hour of TV news a week and try to foolishly argue with me about politics. We used to be able to share info. We need to do that again to makes sense of things.

My interactions have ranged from positive, like "keep up the good work" and "nice (9/11 was an inside job) shirt" stuff, to being followed today by a minivan full of mercs near Ryerson who pulled up in front of me as I was about to cross the street. I'm polite as always and kept it moving. It's a mixed-bag. So, ignore the nuts.

.

This analysis of the current martial law situation in Toronto is based on more than just skimming a handful of controlled-media reports. It's based on bouncing off the system, being ID'd several times and much more. If I watched a half-hour of soccer and tried to argue like I know about the World Cup, people wouldn't have it either.

Most police and security guards are freaked-out about this situation. It's paranoid insanity. This IS the Orwellian "1984" or "V for Vendetta" universe of "spooks" or "spies" (etc.) working for the government to blow things up to justify the police state, while the cops in danger looking for them are left just a step behind them on purpose.

.

While some of them might like this high-stakes game of "paintball" on the streets of Toronto, many of them can't wait to get back to their beat and deal with real life again instead of playing along with this big government game. They remember what happened in Montebello. And Seattle. And Germany. And everywhere. Provocateurs.

They can see how at a recent Palestinian march they used their bikes to keep everyone on the right side of the yellow line on Yonge walking south -- despite the fact that there was no northbound traffic -- so they could've strayed over the line just fine. Contrast that with NO POLICE AT ALL at the many of the "G20 Protest" marches.

.

One big reason the government stages these damn "protests" is so the police can get used to and "practice" population control. Trust me, it's a lot harder to do in Canada when you don't invite a bunch of people to come and yell at you first. So, they invite people to zombie on over and enjoy the thrill of almost being killed. Yay.

Today, a female cop in the lead of bikes east of Spadina at the parking lot north of Queen gave me pissed-off look until I backed up out of their way filming as they moved to the street. The crowd freaked and ran back a few times. I saw a pincer-action coming from the alleys and booked, passing bike cops flying down on the way.

.

The 500-odd curious in the parking lot, young men and women, were shocked by the spectacle of a slow-motion planned riot and full-gear. I swear, I also filmed the same Global TV truck and cops near The Black Bull at 3 pm when I first came up Queen and also "called-it" as the next "stage" for more "false flag" fake "protesterrorism".

When I got back around 7, it was on. When not enough "protesters" show up, the cops just yell at the rest of the crowd to disperse -- fast. While it can all be "justified" at work, it's crazy to yell at people just hanging out and not bothering or threatening anyone to leave as fast as possible, and most people know it, including many cops.

.

I also know if I try to torch or even kick a cop car I'd be shot, or at least tased, within seconds. But, a whole bunch got torched and were left to burn for hours despite plenty of Fire Department "Hazardous Materials" and "Decontamination Unit" and Police "Bomb Disposal" trucks I saw driving around near MuchMusic on Friday night. Why?

This whole thing is a dangerous farce from a million angles, including a cop arresting a guy with a nailgun and bullet-proof vest and then holding him up for the TV cameras to say whatever he wanted (?), which happened to be "I want to fight the new world order", or a PSYOP attack on "me" and anyone who uses that term for "globalization".

.

None of the mainstream "Think positive!" garbage can beat this. It can only make us even more fragile and unable to deal with the fall-out or next time this happens. People have to learn what's up. If it's really hard to do, then "guys" or "men" have to feel they can handle it. Women have it tougher and can move if they want, but if not, that's cool.

When the Canadian government does this to the Canadian people, we live in very dangerous times. There won't be any annoucement on TV that says "It's time for everyone to take government and corporate corruption seriously before it kills us!" like people are expecting. If martial law in Toronto doesn't help us take the Infowar seriously, we're dead.

.

Meditate on that a bit. Meanwhile here's the main article below. Once again, I recommend seeing the original with lots of pictures and sharing it as well, the photos combined with the recent history of police provocateurs caught wearing masks and carrying rocks and later admitted to being Quebec police "standard procedure" (CBC 23/Aug/07).

Everyone is trapped in this system, but the people paid to do a job aren't going to risk losing it in this economy. I've said for years that if I'm a cop with a $300,000 house, mortgage, wife and kids, and the fake "war on terrorists" or now "protesters" says my job is to beat your ass, then I might beat your ass to save my job. Stopping this is up to everyone.

.

Peace,
BK

The Toronto G20 Riot Fraud: Undercover Police engaged in Purposeful Provocation At Tax Payers' Expense

by Terry Burrows

Global Research, June 27, 2010

Toronto is right now in the midst of a massive government / media propaganda fraud. As events unfold, it is becoming increasingly clear that the 'Black Bloc' are undercover police operatives engaged in purposeful provocations to eclipse and invalidate legitimate G20 citizen protest by starting a riot. Government agents have been caught doing this before in Canada.

Montebello 2007 Riot Prevented - Identical Boots Exposed Undercover Police Provocateurs

At the ‘Security and Prosperity Partnership’ meeting protests at Montebello Quebec on August 20, 2007, a Quebec union leader caught and outed three masked undercover Quebec Provincial Police operatives dressed as ‘black bloc’ protestors about to start a riot by throwing rocks at the security police. See the following videos documenting this event.

Evidence -- Police provoke Violence at SPP protest

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DCRsj06wT64&NR=1

The operation was exposed by the following picture of the undercover police wearing combat boots identical to those of the security police arresting them.

(Provocateurs in Montebello wear the same shoes as the Quebec policemen who arrest them!)

CBC Report at Montebello 2007

See the distinctive yellow dots on the thick corrugated soles of the boots which are the giveaway.

The Quebec Provincial Police were then forced after three days of public outrage to admit that these three men were indeed their officers operating undercover.

Fast Forward to the Toronto 2010 G20 Protest Riot

On Saturday June 26, 2010, the Globe and Mail published on their website a number of photographs taken at the afternoon riot in downtown Toronto precipitated by the ‘black bloc.’

Using these photos, I am going to show you that once again, the ‘black bloc’ provocateurs and the armoured police are wearing the exact same shoes.

http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/g20-day-of-protest/article1619712/

Thanks to the Globe and Mail for these very helpful photos.

Starbucks Vandalised

Here an operative throws a metal chair through a Starbucks window. This man’s physique doesn’t look like a seedy ‘anarchist’ to me. Rather, this is the fit strong body of a trained soldier – somebody who puts in a lot of regular gym time. He is also wearing what is really a uniform and rather specialized equipment on his forearm and possibly his hip. Unfortunately in this picture we cannot see the shoes being worn. But we certainly can in the picture that follows, and this is where it gets interesting.

The Provocateurs’ Combat Boots

Below another operative throws what appears to be a rock at another Starbucks window.

Take a close look at the upturned boot.

This is a brand new (? recently issued) very distinctive deep black colour combat boot. Note as at Montebello, the special thick heavy corrugated soles plus what appears to be some reinforcement of the upper forefoot area. Also note the mismatched black and white socks. Is this a recognition code to their uniformed colleagues? The nice heavy shiny new belt also appears to be part of a uniform.

Here is another ‘black bloc’ operative stomping on the roof of a Toronto Police car. Where are the police? He is obviously being “allowed” to trash the vehicle to create what will become the signature media images of the event - burning police cars in Toronto. But stamping on shattered glass and plastic is pretty hard on your shoes.

But his shoes can obviously take it because he is wearing the same brand new distinctive black combat boots as the Starbucks rock throwing provocateur above (go to the Globe and Mail url to see the higher resolution original photo). Note the same thick soles with the deep corrugations visible in an enlargement as a scalloping of the front bottom outer edge of the uplifted left shoe.

The Armoured Police Boots – They Are The Same Shoes!

Now check the uniformed armoured police boots. Note once again the thick heavy corrugated soles and deep black colour.

Here is one in close-up. It is clearly the same boot as the ‘black bloc’ provocateurs are wearing. It too is brand new and shiny as in recently issued for today’s duty.

Here are more of the armoured police boots.

Below is yet a closer view of the armoured police boots. This picture shows the upper part of the shoes more clearly. The police are also wearing what appears to be an additional protective spat module which is strapped on over the shoe’s upper front forefoot area. This looks like an extra equipment add-on to, and not an integral part of, the ‘civilian’ version of the shoe, which is otherwise identical to the police shoes in design, features and colour.

And in close-up

Canadian "Bureaucratic Economizing" Exposes The Fraud

That the ‘black bloc’ provocateurs and the uniformed armoured police are wearing in Toronto (as at Montebello) the identical government issued combat boots, has at least one positive aspect. It looks as if someone in the procurement bureaucracy was at least trying to do some economizing in the spending of the one billion dollars that this G20 fiasco has wrested from the taxpayers. Very sensibly, these bureaucrats wanted to provide the same sturdy combat boots for both the uniformed police officers as well as the undercover ones. How wonderfully Canadian.

But this endearing Hobbit-like practicality has also given the game away. The ‘black bloc,’ if they ever existed as an independent entity, have clearly been thoroughly infiltrated by undercover government agents. In classic covert counterinsurgency strategy these agents manipulate the group to commit violent acts which play directly into hidden government controllers' hands. These controllers manipulate public opinion from behind the scenes through the commission of false flag acts of violence (these are acts falsely blamed on scapegoats other than those concealed perpetrators who are actually responsible.) The psychological operation (psyop) is then accomplished through the propaganda fulminations of the completely controlled and complicit mass media. As in so many similar situations in so many other countries in the past, the goal of this combination of violent acts and lying media propaganda is to invalidate any legitimate citizen protest of the many immoral acts being wreaked upon the peoples of the world by our governments. The techniques of imperial control which have been used so successfully overseas are now being fully deployed against the people at home. Deployed against us. As far as our war-addicted governments are concerned, we are all insurgents now.

But We Canadians Can Stop the G20 Fraud in Its Tracks

As this G20 protest riot fraud continues to unfold, please use your eyes and your cameras to pay attention to small details, like everybody’s shoes! As more and more people wake up from the deceptions being perpetrated upon them, more inconsistencies in the official propaganda story will be noticed.

Evidence will tumble forward to expose the whole malignant enterprise even more. We should stop this Riot Fraud in its tracks and demand an immediate investigation.

Please forward this article as widely as you can and collectively send it to all our politicians and media to put them on notice that we will no longer allow them to participate in the Toronto G20 riot fraud of 2010.

For Canada and for what is good and right and true.

Protest enforcement begs questions By JOE WARMINGTON, Toronto Sun

Alright, last one to give my sh-t some "mainstream" credibility. But, this ain't for me. I'm straight. This is for you so you know what's happening. I can rap about it, and did, but just in case you're not feelin' me, that's cool. Go ahead, feel yourself.

Protest enforcement begs questions By JOE WARMINGTON, Toronto Sun

.

FYI, this is the columnist from the Toronto Sun who interviewed me yesterday after a friend sent in pictures of me postering. While I didn't make this shorty online column, we had a great conversation and he seems like a nice guy. Plus, he wrote a great article that refers to some of what we discussed, including how we should all realize this is all a big slap in the face to the people of this city based on how we're all being treated.

Note:

NONE OF THIS CRAP IS JUST A "MISTAKE" BY "NICE PEOPLE" WHO JUST SCREWED UP.

Thanks.

BTW, there are no hard feelings during "martial law" if people want to do whatever to deal with it. I'm built for this, and it's here, so I'm good. But, I know that other guys can't just ignore this stuff, so hopefully they're realizing it too. Here's a mainstream example of how completely insane all this garbage is, so hopefully we can promote these ideas instead of just parroting the tidal-wave of faketivist and corporate fascist bullsh-t.

Peace,

Protest enforcement begs questions

By JOE WARMINGTON, Toronto Sun

Last Updated: June 26, 2010 10:51pm

It ranged from looking apocalyptic to downright embarrassing.

No matter what side you are on there will have to be frank discussion about what happened in Toronto on June 26, 2010.

The objective was to stop anybody and everybody from going south to the G20 fence and get near the visiting world leaders who will leave here Sunday.

It worked.

Much of the rest of the city was, however, left on its own.

And no matter the excuse given in the aftermath of this dark and unnecessary day in Toronto’s history, they are not going to convince shop owner Zohrab Kilislian that up to 10,000 police officers suited up in riot gear could not have handled the 25 scumballs who caused all of these fires and mass destruction.

He doesn’t get to leave this mess behind.

“Where are the police?” said the shaken owner of Barclay Jewelry at the corner of Yonge and Gerrard Sts. as he cleaned the glass from his shattered from window.

They were busy but they seemed to be everywhere but there.

“There was one police officer here and he ran away,” said Kilislian.

When you saw what those bastards did to the police cruisers you could not blame him.

But Kilislian has been in business at that location for 30 years, paid his taxes and said when he needed somebody to protect his property, they were nowhere to be found. He wants to know why the people who did this were not arrested when they torched the first police cruiser at King and Bay Sts.

He feels his store didn't have to be vandalized and looted.

While there were virtually no police on Yonge, there were copious amounts in riot gear strung all along Richmond St. and up at police headquarters on College St.

“The police let this happen on purpose to justify the $1-billion expense,” said David Langille, of the social advocacy group Poor No More. “There are 19,000 cops here and they could have stopped this.”

Although this is not at all fair, why were not more of these thugs arrested? Police had the numbers, have a rented movie studio turned into a jail, have state-of-the-art sound cannon equipment and special powers to actually collar these hooligans. They also know the identity of most of them.

But it’s not completely fair to pile on the police for what transpired here. For one thing, they are the good guys and were trying their best to ensure no one was hurt. They have to follow rules while the anarchists don’t seem to honour any.

It is the violent slugs who are to blame, many of them very tough in groups but not tough enough to commit their crimes without covering their faces. They are not guided by a cause, but — as the losers in a society with endless opportunity for those who want to strive for it — just interested in creating mayhem for fun.

However, it still needs to be said the G20 conference should never have been here because all it has done is make our city look sick. The Ottawa crowd who planned this wouldn’t listen to anybody who knows the city. For example, a proper protest area should have been permitted somewhere down near the fence line which might have created a central area for legitimate protesters to congregate.

Ultimately, Prime Minister Stephen Harper needs to take responsibly.

With security being such a big issue for world leaders, such an event belongs on a military base or in a zone that is secluded, easier to lock down and more difficult to access for rabble-rousers.

Other than for the hotels housing police and delegates, there is virtually no spinoff for regular Toronto businesses because other than the so-called protesters, the town is basically shut down.

First Toronto turned into something that looked like a police state, then a ghost town followed by a war zone. Some image to send out to the world. The idea of building a massive wall, and having so many police, just provoked and challenged the anti-globalization bullies even more.

And many of them are still out there. Monday, Toronto Police will be back to enforcing cellphone and seatbelt tickets. Lord knows, the parking enforcement vultures will be out in full force, too.

It sure would be nice if they could round up a majority of these anarchist goofballs first before they go back to becoming the tax collection arm for the out of control government hiding behind the big wall.

They certainly will not be able to say they don’t have enough manpower.

.

Aiiighty den, I'm off. But, I gotta leave you good folks with some good news or some people might crap their baggy or skinny pants. I think the new world orderlies behind all this nonsense think they freaked out enough people for now, so things should calm down a bit and we'll be cool. Stay up! :-)

.

FYI, since people's attention spans are getting shorter, here's my shared quick response:

.

Thanks [redacted], I'm glad to hear you're in the game and that you think sharing these posts could help, I think it's good for more people hear this perspective to counter all the crap from all sides. I usually bounce ideas off people before I formally say them like they should be written in stone. By the time you read them, many are ready to quote, paraphrase, adapt and share with a lot of people, though please use your best judgment since I just free-think and bust whenever sometimes. My philosophy has always been public domain and open source because I knew we'd need to have something that's not just trying to make money or carve out a niche on tap, among other reasons, including being able to think freely without worrying about pissing people off who logically understand I'm right but don't want to find a logical reaction to it. It just is what it is and it takes a bit, but over time people realize I was right about a lot of stuff just like many others who choose to spend a lot of time figuring all this stuff out, including hopping up and down saying "What Will People In Toronto Do * Before * The G20?" on poster and flyers, yelling about it on the radio, making music, sharing 16 ideas on audio and video... all starting in April. So yeah, I was worried when I read in the Globe & Mail that "10,000 cops, troops, mercs and spooks" were coming to town and I thought other people should be worried too. Who knew? Anyway, what's great is I know whenever I share this type of information with thousands of people at once, everybody likes it. However, when I share it with one person, they're often too-nervous to know if they should. So, we're cool with it, we just don't know it yet! :-P

.

.

.

Bonus: I don't "chat" because I think it's incredibly f--king dangerous to destroy your ability to think and speak, but especially not right now with wha'g'wan.

.

sorry beb, i've gotta keep busy working on important stuff right now on behalf of this city, so if you get in my way with any cute-chickie voodoo-magic and it doesn't work, you'll just get pissed off. it's best to leave me for a bit until the 10,000 cops, troops, mercs and spooks leave. it's nothing personal, but they're making too many people nervous and i'm one of the guys who can handle them, so that's what i'm doing. cool? thanks sweetie! :-)

.
