London Underground Bombing 'Exercises' Took Place at Same Time as Real Attack

A consultancy agency with government and police connections was running an exercise for an unnamed company that revolved around the London Underground being bombed at the exact same times and locations as happened in real life on the morning of July 7th.
On a BBC Radio 5 interview that aired on the evening of the 7th, the host interviewed Peter Power, Managing Director of Visor Consultants, which bills itself as a 'crisis management' advice company, better known to you and I as a PR firm.
Peter Power was a former Scotland Yard official, working at one time with the Anti Terrorist Branch.
Power told the host that at the exact same time that the London bombings were taking place, his company was running a 1,000 person strong exercise which drilled the London Underground being bombed at the exact same locations, at the exact same times, as happened in real life.
The transcript is as follows.
POWER: At half past nine this morning we were actually running an exercise for a company of over a thousand people in London based on simultaneous bombs going off precisely at the railway stations where it happened this morning, so I still have the hairs on the back of my neck standing up right now.
HOST: To get this quite straight, you were running an exercise to see how you would cope with this and it happened while you were running the exercise?
POWER: Precisely, and it was about half past nine this morning, we planned this for a company and for obvious reasons I don't want to reveal their name but they're listening and they'll know it. And we had a room full of crisis managers for the first time they'd met and so within five minutes we made a pretty rapid decision that this is the real one and so we went through the correct drills of activating crisis management procedures to jump from slow time to quick time thinking and so on.

The fact that the exercise mirrored the exact locations and times of the bombings is light years beyond a coincidence. Power said the drill focused around 'simultaneous bombings'. At first the bombings were thought to have been spread over an hour, but the BBC reports just today that the bombings were in fact simultaneous.

Canada Called A Likely Target
'CATASTROPHIC' TERROR ATTACK POSSIBLE, HE SAYS

CANADA IS a likely target for terrorists but the attack won't necessarily mirror the explosions in London last week, a British expert on crisis management said yesterday.
"It doesn't have to be a bomb but it does have to give the terrorist the oxygen of publicity," said Peter Power, a London-based consultant who has worked with Scotland Yard's anti-terrorist branch.
Power was in London during Thursday's terror attack.
He's in Toronto this week for the 15th annual World Conference on Disaster Management, which runs until Wednesday at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and features experts from 52 countries and about 1,200 delegates.
"It could be a very different type of attack, but something equally catastrophic," Power said, suggesting Canada look at areas where there would be major economic impact -- including cyber attacks.
It would be a mistake for Canadians to think we aren't a potential target, Power said.

At 9:03 a.m., controllers on the Piccadilly Line received accounts of passengers running out of King's Cross station.

Only at 9:15 a.m., 25 minutes after the first explosion, he said, did officials decide to declare ''Code Amber'' — a state of alert that required drivers to halt at platforms and evacuate the trains. At that hour, more than 200,000 people were traveling on more than 500 trains.

A fourth bomb exploded aboard a bus 57 minutes later. Confusion over the timing extended for almost two days. While the Underground's managing director, Tim O'Toole, initially insisted at a news conference that the explosions had been virtually simultaneous, the police put the time of the Edgware Road bombing on Thursday at 9:17 — 27 minutes after the bombings at two other subway stations. But the police revised that chronology on Saturday, saying that, while emergency services arrived quickly at Edgware Road Station, the first call informing them that an explosion had taken place came at 9:17.

Toronto-- Chillingly coincidental, the same 9/11 "war games" conducted during the actual tragedy on the morning of September 11, 2001, echo London underground "bombing exercises" which took place at the same time as the real attack, according to Alex Jones’ Prison Planet.com.
What are the odds of both human tragedies having coincidental "drills" going on at the exact same time real life was taking so many human lives in two terrorist attacks?
NORAD was conducting drills of flying hijacked planes into the World Trade Center and Pentagon at 8:30 in the morning, September 11, 2001. A CIA planned exercise on September 11 was built around a plane crashing into a building.
"It is clear that at least five if not six training exercises were in operation in the days leading up to and on the morning of 9/11/2001," Paul Joseph Watson and Alex Jones wrote for Prison Planet.com today.

Public safety experts meet in Toronto this week

Security experts from 52 countries will attend the World Terrorist and Disaster Management Conference in Toronto Monday, just as terrorism moves to the top of the agenda once again after last week's London bombings.
