Wow. Adele's "Rolling In The Deep" video has 400 million views! Add that to some deep research and we're in business!

.

FYI, while I'm multi-tasking and working on a few things, I just checked out a couple of videos featured on YouTube's music page. The first was Kanye West's "New Slaves" which I featured below. It's an interesting art project and solid song with some interesting lyrics. The second was Adele's "Rolling In The Deep" also below. While I've heard and enjoyed the song, I've never seen the video and thought it was shocking how 400 million people supposedly watched it. I thought it was arty and interesting as well. Both solid viewing.

My contribution to this music nerd discussion is that with big picture context both of these songs could add a bunch of potential meaning to people's lives and better help define what it is, namely fighting for freedom, what and who you love. While it's easy to think of only yourself, that's boring, so you might as well mix it up. Hearing you might be a "new slave" or someone who realizes they "could have had it all" with someone else could help. As long as people find more ways to interpret and understand the world, they can enjoy them.

Check out a recent video by Toronto independent journalism collective "Press For Truth" to get an idea too.

Finally, it can't hurt to remind people that "the one good thing about music, when it hits, you feel no pain..."

But being economically poor did and never affect
their cultural growth. Music mixing software is employed
exactly like touch-ups software or an Editing Program.
